The opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a creative, digital savvy Claims Learning Design & Delivery Manager to lead a team of Training Partners and Learning and Design Consultants to deliver consistent high-quality technical learning practices across Claims. To establish the framework and methodology that delivers a consistently high-quality learning experience for our employees, this includes the scope, plan and establish design briefs for learning programs and solutions.

Your new role- Undertake learning needs analysis including understanding gaps in technical capability framework and understand opportunities to uplift Claim staff capability.-
- Manage the instructional design elements of projects ensuring project plans are in place for all streams of work and are delivered on time, in budget and future focused,-
- Challenge stakeholders to be more strategic, innovative and future focused in their approach to capability uplift and development- Thought leadership in design, development and delivery of diverse blended learning solution and conduct ongoing research into learning best practices, trends, and innovations.- ‘Happy to talk flexible working’

About you- Strong knowledge of capability, talent and leadership practices.- Experience in designing, developing and implementing capability development programs, including facilitation- In depth understanding of business direction, culture and priorities.- Understanding of the Financial Services (ideally insurance) industry- Innovative mindset, adaptability, and a customer service orientation.- Excellent internal consulting, change management, and project management skills.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
