**The opportunity**

At QBE, we are always looking for empathetic and eager to learn insurance claims professionals for our commercial property claims team. If you have strong customer service experience and a passion for helping people, this great position within insurance will give you the platform to develop into a successful insurance professional.

This role focuses on our ability to provide delivery of superior claims service, determine proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases. The QBE Case Management model involves liaising with essential external stakeholders to help support our customers through the claims process.

**Your new role**
- Provide outstanding customer service via verbal and written interactions
- Guide and provide support to people throughout the claims process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including brokers, customers, builders and suppliers
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Manage claims comprehensively, overseeing the entire process with guidance from your leaders

**About you**
- Property claims experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Customer focused with a genuine care for people
- Possess resilience and the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Demonstrate confidence in decision-making and empowerment, coupled with the capacity to actively listen and guide stakeholders through the claims process
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, adaptability to new systems, effective prioritization of work, and a willingness to seek assistance when required
- Experience within claims systems is desirable
