Guest Service Agent - Hotel Front Desk - Front Office Role

The Adara Hotel in Richmond is in search of a Guest Service Agent who can surprise and delight our guests by offering a memorable stay. Being part of our Front Office team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive guest relationships.
- **You'll be responsible for**:_
- Welcoming guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Efficiently handling check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate billing and smooth payment transactions.
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints with a focus on timely and effective solutions.
- Informing guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, enhancing their overall experience.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are impeccably prepared for arrival.
- Managing guest reservations with precision and attention to detail.

- Experienced as a receptionist, Guest Service Agent (GSA), or front office attendant in a hotel environment.
- Welcoming, always smiling, and willing to engage in a variety of tasks.
- Experienced in Property Management Systems
- Talented in customer service, paired with a vibrant and outgoing nature.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.
- An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills.
- The kind of person that pays attention to the details and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
