Our client is a specialist end-to-end service Real Estate agency offering, client-first culture with a hard working team that has maintained a reputation for industry-leading service standards and results.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced and varied role, suitable for a dedicated, adaptable Executive Assistant with a minimum of 1 year similar Real Estate experience.

**The Role**:

- Working directly with one of Victoria’s most successful Residential Real Estate agents and their sales team
- You will be required to pro-actively work with the team, to co-ordinate and manage their daily schedules, and support the lead agent in prospecting and listing management
- You will be a critical part of ensuring that each and every Client experiences a positive and rewarding real estate journey and becomes a client for life.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the lead agent with prospecting and marketing activities, to create new appraisal and listing opportunities.
- Preparation of listing documentation, and liaising with the vendors, and internal listing & contracts team to ensure a smooth and streamlined process for each and every listing is achieved.
- Vendor nurturing throughout the sale process, from appraisal to settlement.
- Liaison and communication with all key stakeholders throughout the listing & sales process.
- Open Homes management for weekly Saturday inspections and attending relevant inspection appointments.
- Database maintenance to ensure that all relevant contacts and documentation are maintained in the company crm and database.

**The Skills To Succeed**:

- To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience in co-ordinating and managing schedules
- Experience in Real Estate is a distinct advantage, demonstrated success in another industry will be highly regarded.
- You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrate self-motivation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proof-read and edit copy as required.
- Ability to multi-task, regularly re-evaluate priorities and plan and schedule for a highly active team.
- A understanding of property /real estate industry is a distinct advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and professional personal presentation
- Intermediate to advanced level competence with Microsoft Office suite essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Agentbox or similar CRM.

**The Details**:

- Based in Inner East Melbourne
- This role is worked across a 38 hour week and does include
- working a full day each Saturday - with a rostered day off during the week.
- Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle.

**How To Apply?**

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
