**Role;**
In this role we're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic case manager to complete a small team.

As a Case Manager you will bring your experience and skills to the program and you will be working closely with the children and young people, carers and birth families to provide high quality and effective case management services within a therapeutic and trauma informed model.

**Criteria;**
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Social Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years Casework experience within OOHC and/or Child Protection
- Strong understanding and proven ability providing quality assessment and case management services to children/young people within the Permanency Support Program
- Demonstrated experience in working within a trauma informed framework
- Understanding and experience of working within a culturally diverse environment

**Additional Information;**
- Immediate start available
- Current drivers licence required and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A successful NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Federal Police check is required prior to starting in this role
