Swimart Mona Vale is a dynamic retail and service company that covers the Northern Beaches region. Providing expert advice on maintaining our clients pools and pool equipment and managing the ongoing service requirements for our strong customer base. Housed in a busy industrial hub, our shopfront and warehouse site offers clients instant access to products due to our storage capacity, a retail experience that includes not only chemicals but all the parts and accessories they need for their pool. Coupled with free water testing and an onsite repair workshop, we provide a total pool solution
**About the role**
Due to our expanding customer base, we require an administration assistant (you don’t need to have worked in the industry), to work closely with our Assitant General & Service Manager to drive and coordinate the client facing elements of the business - sales and service. We are seeking a highly organised, customer service oriented, tech savvy individual who will;
- Maintain any order and accounting records including delivery acceptances, stock level monitoring, new order entry and monitoring.
- Manage the financial and database systems associated with the sales and service departments including cash ups, credit cards, service diary and client records.
- Update and maintain the retail price database.
- Monitor service and installation invoicing.
- general administration as needed.
You’ll be joining an established team that work well together but we really need **you **to develop further grow our successful business and strengthen our sales and administration framework and build a strong, process driven environment.
