Based out of our state-of-the-art head office and manufacturing facility in Melbourne's western suburbs, we are positioning the business for sustainable growth, building on our 25 year history of engineering quality appliances for all types of commercial kitchens. These values remain at our core as we continue to invest and grow, with some new and exciting developments currently in the works.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the CEO, as the Brand Manager for Luus and Zanussi Professional you will lead all aspects of the marketing mix and collaborate with colleagues/agencies to develop and execute impactful strategies that elevate our brands within the industry.
- **Brand Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's vision and positions our products as the go-to choice for culinary professionals.
- **Market Insights**: Stay ahead of market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments. Your insights will be the secret ingredients that keep our brands relevant and competitive.
- **Digital Communications**: Manage the online presence of our brands including Luus social media platforms and website, ensuring new content is posted regularly and effectively engages the target audience.
- **Product Champion**: Ensure all marketing and POS materials are accessible and up to date. Lead trade exhibitions and product launches with precision and flair to ensure that each product introduction resonates with customers, leaving a lasting impression.
- **Marketing Promotions**: Devise and implement captivating marketing campaigns that generate leads, and create buzz and excitement. Your creativity will amplify our brand's voice across various channels.
- **Brand Guardian**: Safeguard our brands’ identity and integrity. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that our messaging and visuals stay true to our brand values and are properly represented, including 3rd party channels such as reseller websites/socials.

**The Person**:

- Proven experience as a Brand Manager in a commercial orientated industry.
- A degree qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.
- Passion for food and an understanding of foodservice/hospitality industry dynamics.
- Creativity and a flair for marketing; graphic design skills considered highly advantageous.
- Analytical mindset and high attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
