**Where you'll be working**:
This role will be located at our James Fletcher Campus in the referral management team, located on Watt Street, Newcastle.

As we process referrals we don’t have any patient contact at all, we are a very small and close-knit team of 5, plus the team leader.

**About the role**:
In this role, you will be surrounded by supportive managers and team, and be provided with intensive education and training where required.

The Administration Officer will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Verifying, registering, and updating patient details and cross-checking demographics with a high level of accuracy
- Processing of incoming referrals to the service
- Processing of referrals after clinical triage (assessment)
- Meeting service KPIs related to referral processing
- Working with a great team
- Effectively communicating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
