**Who are we looking for?**:
**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Offer professional administrative support to the Housing Portfolio.
- Handle tenancy administration tasks in compliance with regulations and program requirements.
- Review and improve current systems for better process efficiency.
- Maintain tenant and property files, records, and housing databases.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Acquire knowledge of Anglicare’s and other agencies' services to better assist customers.
- Manage financial tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, rent assessments, and debt management.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Support the Housing Portfolio with financial administration.
- Assist with property management for the Housing Portfolio.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Help the Housing Portfolio deliver services according to policies and procedures.
- Attend tenant meetings and handle resident complaints and grievances promptly.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Community Housing or Private Rental sector (preferred).
- Strong administrative skills with experience in record keeping and file management.
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritise, organise, and multitask.
- Proficient in computer software including databases, MS Office (Word, Excel), and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
