**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking a professional, team focused individual who is passionate about helping others. Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team you will have excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills with the ability to problem solve and multitask.
We provide a range of services to older people, supporting them to live independently at home and to be active in the community.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:
- Delivering excellent customer service with a customer focused approach
- Providing quality and timely administrative support services for the program
- Ensuring the maintenance of records and databases to support service delivery and compliance.
- Reception cover for our 3 Heath & Wellness Clinics
**What do you need to bring?**:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- High level attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team.
- Digital savviness, with the proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
