**Who are we looking for?**:
Are you an administrative professional seeking a part-time role where your contributions truly matter?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Support Officer to support our Housing Portfolio with data-entry and administrative tasks on a **part-time basis** (up to 38 hours per fortnight) until **30**th** June 2025**.

You will be adept at managing large volumes of data, ensuring everything is organised and up-to-date. With a knack for problem-solving and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes, you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about making a positive impact.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:
You’ll be playing a crucial role in assisting with the data entry to our new system. This is a significant part of the job, ensuring a smooth transition and improved efficiency across our operations.

Supporting the team with repair administration tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and program requirements is also part of the role. This includes following up outstanding repairs with contractors, maintaining tenant and property records - all while delivering excellent customer service to different departments and stakeholders.

**What do you need to bring?**:
You’ll need to have experience in handling high-quality and accurate administrative tasks, like keeping records and managing files. A Certificate 3 in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated experience is desirable.

It’s important that you’re great at managing your time, prioritising tasks, staying organised, and juggling multiple things at once.

Being proficient with computer software, including databases, MS Office (Word, Excel), internet, and Outlook, is a must. You’ll also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills to support both internal and external departments and teams.
