We are seeking a Full-Time Permanent Executive Assistant to Managing Director and General Manager of Retail based in Mount Waverley, VIC to support the Managing Director and General Manager of Retail of Salvos Stores in the operation and development of our nationwide op-shops.

Reporting to the Managing Director and General Manager of Retail at Salvos Stores, you will be required to provide a full range of executive support and assist in the development and support of the department of strategy and transformation. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and must maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is accountable for providing executive level assistance to the National Director and GM Retail, Salvos Stores.
- Provide a full range of executive support to the Head of Department to ensure the effective management of their office, schedule and workload
- Ensure sound document control and record management of key information is maintained developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems
- Develop a range of reports, documents and presentations to support the Head of Department leaders
- Manage administrative processes for the Department such as HR, IT, Property, expenses, booking travel/accommodation

ABOUT YOU
- Relevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired)
- Significant demonstrated equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills.
- Sound presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience in settings requiring a high level of confidentiality with the need for sound judgement
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
