- Our client has an established reputation in the industry, and we are recruiting for a Junior Account Executive to join their family-feel team located in the inner southern suburbs of Brisbane. A small firm that puts their clients first and partners with the insurers to ensure the most suited over is provided. You’ll have the full support of the Director and nurtured training over the first 6-12 months in the role.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate broker who is willing to join a great team and passionate about progressing their career.

**Who will you be working with?**

As a member of Australia’s largest broking network this firm has a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the industry with a broader support network at their disposal. They are committed and passionate about servicing their clients and ensuring their cover is airtight. As a smaller office they’re dynamic and boast a supportive working relationship.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Manage a mixed portfolio of Domestic and SME clients and facilitate quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims and processing
- Provide additional support to the Director and their portfolio
- Maintain industry and market knowledge by attending seminars and events
- Build relationships with your clients as their trusted advisor
- Adopt and open mind and willingness to learn

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Tier 1 Broking Qualification (willing to obtain)
- Preferably 2+ years broking experience as either an Assistant or Account Executive
- Passion for broking and willing to commit to the learning journey
- A positive can-do attitude Someone that takes an initiative-taking approach in their learning and can be flexible in a growing and innovative environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with external stakeholders
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
