We are currently recruiting for an experienced hands-on dynamic Change and Communications Manager for a 9-month contract (Dec 24 end). Our Rehab and Return to work (RRTW) division is looking at innovative ways to redesign our processes through business and system changes. It is a complex business with many separate businesses servicing over 30 different personal injury schemes within Australia. This role is integral to our programs success, focusing on crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies, managing numerous stakeholders and adeptly managing associated change.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Identify change impacts on business as a result of various program initiatives and Design, develop and Lead associated change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of business changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align communication strategies with business objectives.
- Create and deliver compelling content for various platforms, including written materials, presentations, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and transparency.
- Analyse business readiness and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, change management, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare sector.
