Stronger Communities is focussed on achieving safe, just, inclusive, and resilient communities by providing services that are effective and responsive to community needs.

- Confirm outcomes and results, identify lessons learned, and develop action plans to ensure releases are effective and business outcomes are achieved.
- Review and evaluate the actual performance and outcomes of new or modified services against predicted outcomes to verify the success of changes.
