This large Government organisation within the Communities and Justice sector are seeking an experienced administration professional for a temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

This is a very rewarding role in a friendly and supportive working environment - Ideal for anyone who is seeking a position that provides the opportunity to assist the wider community.

This role performs administrative and reception services to internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of quality services.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Data entry
- Preparing correspondence
- Ensuring efficient and accurate record keeping
- Taking minutes
- Supporting meetings and events
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks

**About you**:

- Demonstrated commitment in providing a high level of customer service and the ability to deal with stressful and emotional situations, whilst being highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Attention to detail and accuracy, highly organised
- Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and the handling of sensitive information
- Self-driven, adaptable, resilient and be able to use initiative to make sound decisions
