**Position Overview**
We're looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Support Specialist who has a passion for improving the oral health and treatment journey of our consumers. You will be responsible for monitoring and assisting patients throughout their clear aligner treatment. Serving as an information expert you will work closely with our Treatment Planning team and Dental Network to provide support to customers, ensuring they are provided with an unparalleled experience. You must ensure customer compliance, that they fully understand their Treatment Plan, the associated fees, and what to expect in each step to achieve the best clinical outcome.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Whilst not every day will be the same, some of your work will center around:
- Establishing rapport with customers throughout their aligner journey and acting as a key source of support and education
- Proactively addressing and resolving customer queries and concerns to maximise customer satisfaction and experience.
- Managing the flow of treatment plan creation and modification, including liaising with the Treatment Planning Teams.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer information and treatment activity in CRM system.
- Acting as a point of escalation for general support and clinical matters, from the other departments.
- Stakeholder management of dental professional and Global Clinical departments.
**About you**
- 1-2 years of dental assisting experience (Orthodontic experience desirable, but not essential).
- Caring and empathetic nature, with a focus on providing quality care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relay technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience and/or knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is desirable.
