Neurodiversity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Psychologist to join our innovative multidisciplinary practice in Wyndham Vale. As a Neurodiversity Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team environment providing customized support across a lifespan from diagnosis to strength-based therapies and family support.

• Conduct assessments using informal and formal standardized tools to understand client needs
• Develop therapeutic plans and interventions tailored to each individual's requirements
• Foster a relationship-based approach to build trust and rapport with clients

• Fully registered with AHPRA and endorsement for clinical and educational developmental work
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Highly motivated and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

• Respectable remuneration package based on the award and level of experience: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
• Professional development package of $1000 per year (pro-rata if part-time)
• Ongoing support and training from experienced therapists and practice owners
• Sign-on bonus incentive of $5000 if you stay in the position for a minimum of 6 months
