Child Development Therapist

As a Child Development Therapist at HealthcareLink Support, you will have the opportunity to work in our new facility in Wyndham Vale. Our multidisciplinary practice is innovative and flexible, allowing you to work in the clinic, remotely, or a hybrid of both.
The role involves assessing clients using informal and formal standardized assessments, as well as assessment, therapeutic planning, and intervention. You will be working with a growing caseload of preschool and school-aged clients between the ages of 3-12 years who have support needs.
To excel in this position, you must be fully registered with AHPRA and have the relevant endorsement (clinical and educational developmental). Additionally, you should be willing to learn, able to work in a collaborative team environment, highly motivated, and positive. Willingness to work across the lifespan is also essential.
You will receive a respectable remuneration package based on the award and level of experience. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. A professional development package of $1000 per year (pro-rata if part-time) is also on offer, along with ongoing support and training from the therapists and practice owners.
In addition to the above benefits, you will also receive a sign-on bonus incentive of $5000 if you stay in the advertised position for a minimum of 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients.
