**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Risk Investigator. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing investigations related to theft, fraud, security, and loss. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough investigations and collaborating closely with Internal stakeholders and law enforcement to address cases effectively.
As a Risk Investigator, you will leverage insights from reporting and dashboards to proactively identify areas that require investigation. You will play a crucial role in delivering clear and actionable directions to Area Managers for critical stores. Additionally, you will provide Security and Safety support to both Retail and Distribution centers, managing security solutions.
Your impact will extend to supporting the execution and governance of the stocktake process for your region. You will be instrumental in identifying breakdowns in processes and taking swift action to resolve issues, collaborating closely with Retail and Distribution Center teams to enhance overall performance.
In this role, you will also be responsible for verifying the correct use and maintenance of physical security systems, including CCTV, merchandise tagging, security, locks, safes, and alarms. **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- In-depth understanding of Retail Operations and commercial dynamics
- Proven experience in Loss Prevention within retail and/or Distribution Centers
- Extensive background in conducting investigations (preferred, not essential)
- Familiarity with relevant HR and ER requirements
- Expertise in physical security controls and systems (preferred, not essential)
- Strong analytical abilities focused on fraud and loss prevention.
- Proven problem-solving skills’ & a proven track record of excellence in execution.
