**The opportunity**:
We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Environment Representative to join our growing Environmental Services business

In this role you will be responsible for providing overview of major infrastructure projects, ensuring the contractor is delivering against the Department of Planning and Environment’s (DPE) planning consent and environmental legislation.
- Understand environment legislation in NSW (SSD, SSI, CSSI projects)
- Provide environmental advice to clients and stakeholders e.g. Department of Planning and Environment across multiple project
- Conduct document desk top reviews against contractor management systems, legislative and project specific requirements
- Review and comment on the adequacy of the management systems and plans as required
- Active involvement in pipelining new business, business development and the preparation of proposals
- Manage the preparation of compliance reviews, audit reports, inspections and verification certificates.
- Ensure work is delivered within timeframes and budget set in proposals.
- Understanding of Sustainability requirements on major infrastructure projects (ISCA Rating) and preferrable understanding of ISCA v1.2 and 2.0

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline or relevant work experience.
- Experience in development and implementation of environmental management systems.
- Industry experience in Environmental and Sustainability.
- Good understanding of the ISO suite of environmental standards with experience working with ISO14001 and environmental management systems
