Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) is a city and state-shaping project that will transform Victoria’s public transport system, connecting our suburbs and creating opportunities in great places. The 90-kilometre Loop will link every major rail line from the Frankston line to the Werribee line, via Melbourne Airport, better connecting Victorians to jobs, retail, education, health services and each other. Beyond the rail infrastructure and cross-suburb travel connections, over time SRL will reshape Melbourne from a city centred around a single CBD to a ‘city of centres’ - attracting more businesses and people to the broader station areas and creating more jobs in Melbourne’s middle suburbs closer to where people live. Local initiatives will include new and improved open and public space, tree planting, more walking and cycling paths, retail and hospitality areas and plazas.

**About the opportunity**

The Project Support Officer, Office of the CEO, provides support to the Office of the CEO division. The Project Support Officer will proactively provide team support and administration in a range of areas including meeting arrangement, office reception duties, records management, report preparation and coordination, presentation preparation and enquiry responses.

**This role will see you;**
- Provide a comprehensive range of support services to the OCEO division with sensitivity and confidentiality, including meeting arrangements and support, office reception duties, inbox management, records management, report preparation and coordination, presentation preparation, meeting agendas and minutes, correspondence, and enquiry responses.
- Maintain accurate records required for the OCEO division to operate effectively, including through efficient use of relevant document and data management systems.
- Liaise with individuals and stakeholders within SRLA and internal and external to government, including arranging meetings and engagement sessions, coordinating, and distributing relevant documentation and effectively communicating requests and requirements.
- Assist the team with managing financial and business support services including sourcing quotes, recording, and processing invoices, and managing procurement documentation.
- Assist with the development and management of projects as directed by the Deputy Director, Office of CEO, and wider OCEO leadership team.
- Work collaboratively and support staff to assist in the efficient and effective operations of the OCEO division.
