**Woods & Co Recruitment** is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated
**Sales Coordinator** to join one of the Globe’s most reputable promotional marketing organisations. As a valued member of our team, you will be working alongside a group of like-minded, business-oriented professionals, dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

**What do you do?**
- Provide admin support as directed
- Manage sales quotes, samples, and artwork
- Liaise between sales and production teams
- Work with internal/external stakeholders and third parties
- Conduct data entry and file processing
- Act as first point of contact for correspondence and calls
- Liaise with staff on general admin tasks

**What do you need?**
- Knowledge and experience in entertainment, brand promotion, and marketing
- Strong people and project management skills
- Attention to detail, initiative, and quick thinking
- Highly personable, energetic, and fun-loving
- Great relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate and self-motivated
- High numeracy and accuracy skills
- Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop recommended
