Your Opportunity:


As our Brand & Marketing Coordinator, you will support and assist directly in executing the global Brand & Marketing strategy.

This position will support the responsibilities of the Brand & Marketing team, including the coordination of the yearly marketing calendar to assist in delivering an integrated 360-degree approach to all campaigns, collection launches, influencer and content partnerships, brand partnerships as well as retail events and seasonal activations.


The role will provide support to the online boutique in achieving sales targets by ensuring the end-to-end content production cycle is executed to a high standard, ensuring products are actively enriched and live on the website in line with the season calendar.


Additionally, you will actively lead in the coordination of all samples for the brand, actively managing all tracking, cataloguing, and archiving season to season.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently connect with cross functional teams to support in the execution of the global Brand & Marketing and Content calendars.
  • Assist with all ecommerce shoot production as required, supporting the Senior Producer with talent and creative bookings, catering, upkeep of all shoot supplies, preparation of call sheet.
  • Management and coordination of all styling sessions working and communicating with all relevant key stakeholders to orchestrate the sessions.
  • Liaise with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure line list is enriched and up to date for all relevant content deadlines.
  • Coordination and management of the ecommerce shoot kit and all ecommerce related production and photography equipment.
  • In coordination with the wider digital team support with the new season launch, New Arrivals, sale periods, stock take as required.
  • Support PR Manager in development and management of a fullservice showroom in both Melbourne and Sydney.
  • Support in coordination of all local and international PR loans and gifting: dispatch, tracking, reporting and evaluations.
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external departments to ensure samples are handed over in a timely manner to meet all shoot deadlines.
  • Assist in management of the sample archive, working closely with the design and production departments through their process.
  • Collaborate with the Content & Communications Lead to maintain the content shoot calendar, liaising with cross departments to ensure all sample deadlines, shoot dates, re touching deadlines and launch dates are up to date.
  • Support PR Manager on all weekly and monthly PR and social media reports.
  • Administration support for the wider department as required.
  • 23+ years relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or related discipline desirable.
  • Passionate about Brand, Marketing, PR as well as the ever changing social, digital and retail landscape.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the local and international fashion industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates clear decisionmaking skills with excellent communication and problemsolving skills in all areas.
  • Highly organised and efficient, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage high workloads, tight deadlines and competing priorities with professionalism.
  • Highly organized and effective delegation skills.
