**The Company**:
This Company is one of Australia's leading event suppliers. The provide world-class event and exhibition solutions for an incredibly diverse range of clients. They are looking for a new Exhibition Administrator to join their Melbourne team to offer seamless services for their clients.
**The Role**:
The exhibition administrator will report to the State Manager and will work within the Admin Department. This role is responsible for proving the necessary administration support to the Account Manager to ensure successful exhibitions are delivered.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Responsible for liaising with Account Managers and Event Organisers to create and process the required show information for multiple exhibitions at a time
- Ensure communication and information flow within all internal departments is maintained and are up to date.
- Prepare the Exhibitor Kits for each event as required.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times including when your are onsite.
- Provide Admin support to other departments including the Exhibitor Service Department and onsite customer service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to multi-task and deal with conflicting priorities
- Organise your time to meet deadlines
- Work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Able to “think on your feet"
