The Role:

Working part-time in this administrative role, you will be responsible for sales processing, purchasing, tracking, and reporting. You must be highly organised, self-motivated, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

The Duties:
  • Process customer orders and invoices
  • Raise purchase orders on local and overseas suppliers
  • Oversee and communicate stock movements
  • Add, maintain, and update customer records in CRM
  • Provide sales support to on-road representatives
  • Assist with planning and running exhibitions and training programs
  • Manage local and international freight pricing and performance

The Requirements:

  • Strong proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with a strong sense of initiative
  • Proven experience with an ERP system
