**Brisbane Sales Manager**

We are seeking a Brisbane Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of growth strategies to win business and align branches and stakeholders to our National Sales Blueprint to drive growth.

We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network. The Brisbane Regional Sales Manager role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment, and will work closely with other regional leaders to drive positive results in the Queensland state.

**What the day will look like**
- Achieve budgeted sales targets for the Brisbane region
- Accurate forecasting for Brisbane on quarterly basis, factoring leads, opportunities and known wins for the quarter
- Nurture partnerships locally including networking opportunities, through leadership and regular contact
- Engage with other Sales Managers and equivalent resources in Specialities and Broking to ensure appropriate buy-in, collaboration and alignment with sales strategy in the high service client space
- Participate in regional sales meetings to review results, pipeline and opportunities. Ensure the meetings provide clear outputs and key sales staff are in attendance.
- Support the connection of internal networks within Aon for the QLD Sales team
- Work alongside Client Managers in the Brisbane office to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in sales, insurance and product development.
