**Join Our Team as a** **Sales Insights & Analytics Manager**
- Collaborate with business functions, design and execute analytical insights that drive business strategy and decision making
- Develop, automate and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to a high standard
- Clearly communicate findings from deep dive analysis to stakeholders with a focus on simplifying / storytelling / translating complex data
- Where required use advanced analytics techniques to explore business data and find innovative ways to understand our customers
- Help develop, administer and build an in-house self-service analytics solution
- Prepare, deploy and govern datasets that enable a data led business model
- Build relationships by understanding problems and providing solutions

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**
- Experience in providing data driven insights which inform new product development and strategic decisioning (media and entertainment industry preferred)
- SQL, Python or R experience with regards to building complex views for analysis in visualization tools or machine learning
- Experience using platforms and tools equal or equivalent to Alteryx, Adobe Experience Cloud, Redshift, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks and Kubeflow
- Bachelor’s degree level qualification specializing in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field
