As the company encompasses a wide range of services, you'll have exposure to Risk as well as having the opportunity to get your teeth stuck into Finance tasks such as redemptions and term deposits.

**What will my day to day look like?**

You will act as the point of contact for all equity client service queries and workflow items, including off-market transfers, issuer sponsored conversions and transfers.

You will also:

- Validate transfer forms and supporting documentation
- Execute valid requests accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with advisers and assistants to investigate and solve problems
- Provide guidance to advisers and assistants based on understanding of current beneficial ownership and structure.
- Interpret legal documentation related to deceased estates and bankrupt estates
- Action deceased estate transactions
- Validate and action instructions from executors or solicitors
- Facilitate the actioning of asset transfer requests and funds transfers.

**What skills and experience will I need for the role?**
- You are a recent Finance/Commerce/Business Graduate with a passion and interest in Wealth/Fund Management and the Financial Markets.
- You would love to build a career within the Financial Services space and have the desire to learn, grow and be challenged in your new role.
- You are hard working, motivated and have a positive mindset and enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
- You have strong processing, administrative and communication skills with the ability to manage large workloads in a busy environment.
