- We’re seeking a **National Project Management Office (PMO) Manager **to expedite and support the effective execution of Ventia Defence Estate Works Project programs across all regions. This newly created full time permanent position will be based in **Canberra **and therefore we will consider applicants willing to relocate.

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead the PMO team to develop improvement delivery strategies and processes for EWP projects.
- Oversee implementation of revised processes, systems, and training.
- Continuously improving all facets of project delivery within Ventia’s control.
- Develop detailed project plans encompassing objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables for defence training activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with defence personnel, trainers, and external partners to foster collaboration and alignment.

**About you**:

- **You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance.**:

- Proven experience in project management, ideally within the defence or military sector.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
