What is the role?
As an Admin Assistant at the Brighton - North Road Centre, you will need to:
Support the Centre Director to achieve key business objectives
Provide a warm welcome to families in the centres, online and on the phone.
Perform key business tasks such as filing, maintaining families’ accounts, and overseeing the centres waitlist.
Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies and Procedures.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Contribute to a professional and positive work culture.

What do you need?
Exceptional customer service skills, prior experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
An ability to multi-task and prioritise your work while remaining efficient and proactive.
A certificate III in Administration or similar is highly advantageous.
Prior experience in a childcare centre or the early education sector is advantageous.
