**About Us**:
Mariani Migration Consultants is a boutique Migration Advisory business, established in 2019 by Registered Migration Agent, Claudia Mariani. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and border closures, Mariani Migration is now amid catch-up, start-up, and fast growth phases. We cater to a diverse clientele, ranging from International Students and Skilled Workers to Australians in relationships with migrants and Employers seeking Business staffing solutions.
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team, initially offering 2 days per week with the potential to expand to 3-4-5, as part of a structured career pathway within the Migration industry. This role may evolve into that of a Migration Assistant or All-rounder Office Administrator.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Development of company policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Preparation and management of Client Service Agreements.
- Handling client invoicing, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Managing client intake and providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilizing the industry-specific CRM, Migration Manager, for client management tasks including client card files, report generation, and troubleshooting CRM-related issues.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in written English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, One Drive, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to format documents and presentations effectively.
- Experience in formatting Excel reports for easy data analysis.
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer calls.
- Basic knowledge of General Marketing principles and Social Media (a preference)
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $25.00 - $27.00 per year
