Recruit & Consult are working with a highly successful property brand who are looking to further grow their project marketing team. This well-known group specialise in the sales and marketing of completed and off plan residential apartments in Sydney. With an impressive track record and a strong pipeline of projects that will continue to launch over the coming years this role has scope for professional growth and huge financial reward. This business offers flexibility, training and the scope to finally get that step up that you have been looking for in your career.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
Are you an experienced real estate marketing professional who is eager for the opportunity to step up into a leadership role in a corporate environment? This is the chance you have been waiting for. Working under a high-profile Director you will take full autonomy to manage developer relationships whilst driving the strategy for new and existing projects.
- Prepare marketing budgets and timelines
- Mentor and lead a Marketing Coordinator
- Manage marketing approvals and deadlines
- Provide strategies and solutions for projects and brand activities
- Drive EDM and social media strategies
- Organise and attend client events + PR opportunities
- Attend developer meetings with the Director
- Minute taking and circulation to action items discussed
- Refresh marketing collateral, website, proposals, EDM templates etc
- Implement ways to streamline social media management
- Manage relationships with project sales partners nationally
- Direct staff to execute operational, marketing and administrative tasks

- Experience in property marketing essential
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage junior staff
- Passionate about nurturing developer relationships
- Experience putting strategies in place to sell and market property
- A team player who is collaborative
- An understanding of running a sales + marketing campaign
- The ability to bring fresh and creative ideas
- A keen eye for detail and a creative flair
- The ability to self-motivate and see tasks through
