Reporting to the General Manager of Communities Sales, you will be responsible for leading the QLD state sales teams to achieve profit centre performance and revenue generation, by developing and implementing innovative and customer centric sales strategies and practices that support the delivery of our vision and outcomes.

**What you will do**
- Set and deliver the sales strategy to deliver and exceed revenue targets
- Create a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment where people can excel
- Build, nurture and retain and high performance and diverse sales team
- Position sales activities, systems, and processes to maximise enquiry to sale conversion.
- Develop, grow, and leverage 3rd party sales channels and partners to broaden reach
- Enhance Stockland’s leadership position and reputation in the industry/customers through sustainable sales practices
- Actively collaborate with the Leadership, cross functional and business teams to achieve or established business plan goals and deliver positive customer and community outcomes
- Provide thought leadership on strategic issues and contribute to the integration of project disciplines that maximises performance outcomes.

**About You**

You are an exceptional leader, coach and mentor willing to drive ongoing development and coaching of sales skills to strengthen the capabilities and culture of the team. You value the importance of a customer centric approach and work to enhance this within the Stockland brand.

You will have sound sales acumen and demonstrated experience and understanding of sales disciplines, sales processes and methodologies, product and customer knowledge.

You have demonstrated commercial and financial acumen and you achieve results through influencing, communication and your ability to build strong relationships. You are outcomes focused, and an ‘out of the box’ thinker with a true passion for growth and people.
