*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Manage the full cycle of the bookkeeping process independently.

2. Record financial transactions accurately and timely.

3. Prepare and maintain various financial documents and reports.

4. Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.

5. Handle and resolve any discrepancies or issues that occur during the bookkeeping process.

6. Monitor and maintain financial data integrity.

7. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

8. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

*Qualifications:*

1. Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field.

2. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.

8. Can speak Mandarine or Cantonese

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
