- Our client is one of the leading global providers of medical devices and solutions, they are now seeking an Accounts Clerk for their office based in Notting Hill, Melbourne_
- Our search is for an experienced Accounts Clerk with a "Let's Get It Done" attitude to report to the accountant. This role requires attention to detail, an eagerness to learn, and a reliable and committed attitude._
- General duties include but not limited to:_
- Process approved expenditures, code to the correct COA
- Preparation of periodical payments, maintain vendor files,invoices and reimbursements
- Process adjustments/refunds with approval and company credit card transactions
- Providing back up Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables
- High accuracy on bank reconciliations
- Provide a summary of cash inflows and outflows
- Attending to queries from internal staff assist month end, quarter end ans year end process with accountant
- Assisting with some general office duties and spread sheeting.
- Data base entry and maintain an orderly account filing
- Requirements:_
- At least two year experience as an accounts clerk or similar experience
- Strong attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MYOB
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will contacting customers for payment
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- A "Can Do Attitude"
