Joinery Drafter

We're a fast-paced and growing joinery company, and **we're currently looking for a skilled and experienced Microvellum software to join our team**. You'll be responsible for creating and modifying joinery designs using Microvellum software. You'll work closely with other members of the team, including project managers and production staff, to ensure that designs are produced accurately and on time.

**The role**

Day to day responsibilities and work type will be interpreting architectural drawings to create custom joinery using Microvellum software. You will have a good eye for detail, maintain good relationships and be required to work on and manage various projects at any one time.

**You will**
- Have experience as a drafter working on residential, commercial or shopfitting projects
- Have strong experience using Microvellum software.
- Preferably have a trade qualification in cabinet making / joinery
- Be able to juggle various projects at any one time
- Be able to produce detailed drawings efficiently and accurately
- Ability to enlist material orders and liaise with production

**Your duties will include**:

- Creating and modifying joinery designs using Microvellum software.
- Preparing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Collaborating with project managers and production staff
- Ensure that designs are produced accurately and on time.
- Communicating effectively with other members of the team
- Providing technical support to production staff as required.

**Job Types**: Casual, Subcontract, Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Chester Hill, NSW 2162: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
