Our client is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of State Business Managers and develop sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.

**About the role**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and committee members
- Collaborate with internal teams to engage clients and target audiences more deeply
- Oversee client training and promotional planning
- Exceed sales and profit targets through effective KPI monitoring and market analysis
- Develop and implement territory business plans and remain up-to-date on changing market trends
- Actively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Provide innovative sales solutions and exceptional customer service
- Manage and motivate the field sales team to achieve individual targets and meet overall sales goals
- Facilitate regular performance reviews and provide training and coaching support to the sales team
- Ensure CRM is utilized and maintained, and provide monthly reporting or as required
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of sales staff to determine the tone and direction of the company’s vision

**About You**:

- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of sales planning, prospecting, and achievement of sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and metrics
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Commercial awareness
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
- Competitive spirit and drive to succeed
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Ability to work independently and in remote locations (open to travel interstate)

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Sales Management
