Join a fast growing, global organisation as a Project Coordinator working directly with the CEO of a listed business.

**Your Opportunity**:
You'll be joining a business that is making waves with their advanced technology, and in this crucial position you'll work directly with the CEO giving you a huge amount of visibility of projects and company performance across a business that is revolutionizing their industry.

The business is listed, and they are growing; they're expanding their operations in Asia and North America, and they work with highly recognizable global organisations. They work with cutting edge expertise, and you'll get exposure to numerous projects in technology, manufacturing, and engineering.

You will work closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major organisational projects efficiently. You will manage numerous tasks and be responsible for:

- Supporting the CEO with various projects associated with the development of the company's roadmap and key deliverables.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare/monitor budgets and control expenses.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate.
- Create a project management calendar for goals and objectives.

**Who You Are**:
You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally. You'll be deadline driven with the capability to manage competing priorities whilst keeping the CEO advised of the progress of various initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
- At least three years of experience in a related field (engineering, technology, manufacturing).
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- System savvy
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
