Lake Imaging, founded in 2002, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics provides a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics and speciality centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool surf coast.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lake Imaging have a new opportunity for a experienced Site Supervisor, you will report to the Regional Manager - Geelong to manage the day to day operational services within the site including maintaining a high quality, efficient imaging service for our patients and referrers; providing leadership and direction to staff under supervision; to managing rosters and leave for technical staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Maintain a high-quality, efficient imaging service at SJG Hospital Geelong
- Foster a collaboratively with Radiologists, Modality Supervisors, and staff
- Manage daily operational tasks related to imaging services
- Serve as a liaison between SJOG Hospital and Lake Imaging
- Assist management in the ongoing growth and development of the organization
- Jointly responsible for daily staffing rosters

**Key Responsibilities**
- TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- A minimum of 10 years clinical experience in a Radiology practice
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Excellent diagnostic imaging skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- A willingness and commitment to managing a professional imaging team
- Eagerness to participate in further education and professional development programs
- Understanding and compliance with our mission statement
