Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Cleanliness and Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn & Suites. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily housekeeping operations, including supervising a team of housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Develop, maintain, and contribute to high cleaning and service standards in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including responding to guest requests and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked department and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet our luxury standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role in a hotel is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high standards, with a focus on teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of housekeeping management software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations.
  • Fitness to work on your feet most of the day, with lots of bending and kneeling, and strength to lift, push, or pull big objects up to 23 kg.
