**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Lake Imaging have a new opportunity for an **experienced Site Supervisor at St John of God Private Hospital Geelong. **Reporting to the **Regional Manager - Geelong,** you will manage the day to day operational services within the site including maintaining a high quality, efficient imaging service for our patients and referrers; providing leadership and direction to staff under supervision; to managing rosters and leave for technical staff.
- Maintain a high-quality, efficient imaging service at** SJG Hospital Geelong**:

- Foster a collaboratively with Radiologists, Modality Supervisors, and staff
- Manage daily operational tasks related to imaging services
- Serve as a liaison between SJOG Hospital and Lake Imaging
- Assist management in the ongoing growth and development of the organization
- Jointly responsible for daily staffing rosters

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**
- ** A minimum of 8 to 10 years clinical experience in a Radiology practice**:

- ** Management or Chief Radiographer experience**:

- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Excellent diagnostic imaging skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- A willingness and commitment to managing a professional imaging team
- Eagerness to participate in further education and professional development programs
- Understanding and compliance with our mission statement
