**Client**

Our client is a leading listed technology platform boasting a highly profitable business model and mandate for continued growth.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an immediately available interim M&A / Integration Manager to join on an initial 3-month contract basis.

In this role, you support mergers and acquisitions activities, support the oversight of integration of investments into the broader corporate portfolio, and ensure the delivery of synergies across transactions.

The interim M&A Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, finance, legal, and business unit leads, as well as engage with clients and C-level executives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execution of M&A and capital markets transactions, including managing timelines, preparing documentation, and coordinating workstreams.
- Preparation of board papers, investment memos, and presentations to support decision-making processes.
- Conducting financial analysis using various valuation methodologies and developing detailed operational and valuation models.
- Generate strategic ideas and actively participate in stakeholder meetings with clients and counterparties.
- Oversee the integration of investments into our portfolio, ensuring key functional touchpoints are connected.
- Support business case preparation, identify transaction synergies, and monitor their delivery.
- Maintain deal pipeline information and update internal M&A documents.

**Requirements**:

- CA/CPA or CFA qualification with financial and commercial literacy.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and strong skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to run processes, perform due diligence, and write effectively.
- Familiarity with integration and transition processes, business case formulation, and strategic rationale.
- MBA or tertiary business qualification is a plus, and legal background/knowledge is valued.
- Inquisitive and takes ownership, with a strong sense of personal integrity and commercial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team.
