**About the role**
As part of this position, your primary responsibility will involve overseeing general office administration and providing support to the Partner as required. This opportunity has arisen due to internal growth, and they are specifically looking for someone who not only aligns with the organizational culture but also possesses valuable experience in the administration field.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Organizing schedules and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Providing administrative support: Assist staff members with various administrative tasks, offering support in areas such as filing, document preparation, and travel arrangements.
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- 1 year + experience in an Administration position
- The right to work in Australia in a permanent role
- A positive and can-do attitude
