**About the role**
McConnell Dowell has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Administrator to join our Quality team at our Aura & Harmony trunk infrastructure project on the Sunshine Coast. This role plays a crucial part in the successful operation of a project that is delivering critical new water and wastewater infrastructure to support the growth of Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

- As the Project Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the applicable requirements of the McConnell Dowell Management System and Quality and Completions Plan are met.
- Operate the McConnell Dowell quality system for the Project.
- Assist with the recording of all quality commitments to maintaining the quality management system for both normal contract works and subcontractors.
- Provide support to the Quality Manager.
- Compile weekly and monthly reporting.
- Manage Quality filing system.
- Ensure administrative procedures and systems are followed.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Requires mínimal supervision, analytical and resourceful in solving problems and keeping to time frames.
- Sound numeracy ability.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Good knowledge of computer-based spreadsheets and word processing.
