We currently require an experienced Quality specialist to join our Quality Assurance department.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Quality Manager in the performance of Internal Audits and audits and inspections form outside parties and agencies
  • Resolving issues related to the quality of products and services
  • Supporting the QA manager in all aspects of Quality assurance:
  • Internal audits
  • Preparing quality related documentation, Alerts, QP's plus other regulatory documents
  • Maintenance of tooling and equipment database
  • Maintenance of training database
  • Maintenance of NAA Certificates
  • Management of QMS (ISO, AS9110)
  • Maintaining and organizing filing system
  • Prepare training materials (manuals, presentations, etc.) and records
  • Updating of quality control and inspection and testing techniques and criteria
  • The coordination, recording, monitoring and verification of corrective and preventive action related to the quality system
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Brisbane QMS, and to be able to act as a backup for the Quality manager on all NAA related activities (including audits).
  • Drive lead time improvements on current QA administration tasks and drive standardisation with other TPAF sites To work with the QA manager and central team on developing the company SMS strategy/roll out plan
Your ability to build rapport and communicate with people at different levels is crucial.

You will have meticulous attention to detail and impeccable organisational skills with a can do attitude; always seeking to improve procedures and processes.

It is expected that you will be able to manage your time effectively and prioritise when appropriate as well as have the ability to work under pressure.
