Garage Doors and More PTY LTD is a leading company in the Garage Door industry with over 25 years’ experience servicing NSW.
We are seeking a receptionist/administration assistant to join the team
Your primary responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Greeting all incoming clients and assisting with their enquiry's
- Handling customer enquiries and assist with quotations & sales
- Accounts receivable
- Receiving and handling of payments
- Assisting Branch Manager and Office Manager
- Updating and maintenance of records
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to meet deadlines, manage your time effectively, have an enthusiastic attitude towards your working environment and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Immediate Start
Essential Criteria:
- Good computer knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Smart presentation
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong writing skills and excellent grammar
