**Vital Resus Australia Pty ltd** has been established for over 20 years in the Medical Gas service and supply sector and is a registered training organisation, located in Warners Bay. We are seeking to appoint a highly organised Administration Assistant to join the team.

**The position is fully negotiable as either a permanent (38hr pw) or permanent part-time (30 hrs pw).**
- The successful applicant must have the following attributes_.

Competent general office duties along with exceptional oral and written skills to support upper management. Ability to assist the Financial Controller with data entry using MYOB premier accounting software.

Amicable personality with polite and professional phone manner in being the front counter representative of the company.

**Scope of Responsibilities and duties**
- General office duties, electronic filing.
- Greet visitors in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Maintain the office area, filing system, purchase order receipting supplied goods.
- Data Entry experience.
- Excellent record keeping skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Punctual and safety conscious.
- Able to take direction well and work with mínimal supervision.

**Qualifications and skills**

**Required**
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft office suite.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to existing systematic procedures.
- Experience preferred using MYOB or competence in similar software is also acceptable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy work environment.
- Demonstrated track record of reliability and consistency.

**Desirable**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative position
- A background in the medical supply industry

**Remuneration**

Award reference - Clerk Private Sector Award MA000002, Level 3 with the above award will be offered to the right applicant (up to $26.15 per hour).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $24.47 - $26.15 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- WARNERS BAY, NSW 2282: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office Suite: 2 years (preferred)
- Data entry: 2 years (preferred)
- MYOB or similar software: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
