Sales Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Rival Collectives. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding our customer base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the success and growth of our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
2. **Lead and Manage Sales Team**: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team members are motivated, productive, and aligned with company goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
3. **Drive Business Development**: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Rival Collectives and expand our presence in the market.
4. **Manage Sales Pipeline**: Oversee the sales pipeline and monitor progress towards targets. Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Implement effective sales processes and tools to optimize efficiency and productivity.
5. **Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy across all aspects of the business. Collaborate on projects, initiatives, and campaigns to drive integrated solutions and enhance customer experience.
6. **Stay Current with Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Stay informed about changes in market dynamics, customer preferences, and technology advancements. Leverage insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least [3] years of experience
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in building, coaching, and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
