**The Role**:
They are seeking a Manager in the Critical Operations Resilience space to have autonomy and be a key contributor to ensuring the organisation meet the CPS230 guidelines and requirements. Key responsibilities:

- Writing and providing input into Policies, Standards, Guidelines and Control Objectives
- Providing guidance and support to implementation teams
- Oversight & challenge to ensure continued compliance with relevant sections of CPS230
- Identifying themes/systemic issues and emerging trends
- Providing input and relevant opinions to risk committees and governance forums for reporting and escalations
- Data integrity and quality for governance and assurance purposes
- Perform targeted reviews and analysis
- Bachelors or tertiary qualified - Business, Commerce, or Finance
- Proven experience in Operational Resilience within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and written capability
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders from different business units and to challenge opinions where appropriate
